How do I log in to the Venue Entry Management Portal?

The management portal is safe guarded with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). You will need a mobile authenticator app.

First time login

Only users with venue manager permissions can access this portal and MFA needs to be setup for each of those accounts. You only have to do the MFA setup once per account.

  1. You should have received an email with a temporary password attached to your email address, that email contains the link to the Venue Entry Portal  
  2. Queensland SNP users, this is the link to the OLGR Portal
    (Safari or Chrome browsers are recommended) 
  3. Enter your email address and the provided temporary password, you will need to create a new password before you can proceed. Click login.
    (if you cant find the email with the temp password, use the Password Recovery)
  4. The portal page should now display a QR code.
  5. You will need an MFA app to continue, see below for our recommended MFA apps.

6.    Once you've installed the MFA app, we need to add the account
      • Select add new account.
      • Select scan QR Code.
      • Scan the QR code on the portal page (Do not refresh this page).
      • Once its added, your MFA app will present you with a 6 digit One Time Passcode (OTP).
      • There is also an option to name your mobile device, its not necessary in this scenario.

7. Use the 6 digit OTP code from your MFA app to then login. 

8. Enjoy using our portal! Remember logging into this portal will always require the OTP from the MFA app!


Basic MFA Troubleshooting tips

"Invalid authenticator code" when using the OTP from the MFA app 

  • Make sure your password is correct, this error can flag for incorrect login credentials too
  • Close and re-open the MFA app
  • Check that the time and date on your phone is set to automatic or exactly matches your PC time and date. (they have to match) 
  • Restart your mobile phone and launch a new browser window to try again
