Android users
If your phone is not able to scan a QR code automatically, we recommend using Google Lens to scan QR codes. First, check if you already have Google Lens on your phone:
- Open your phone camera
- Click More
- Click Settings
- Activate Google Lens suggestions
If these options are not available, locate Google Lens in the Play Store to download and install.
iPhone users
- Use the built-in QR code scanner inside your camera app.
- Tap the notification that appears on your screen to go to the relevant website.
You can also forward the code to another device
If you're having issues using the QR code, you can forward the SMS or email you received with the link to another device and complete the process.
