Forced match enables users to identify VOI transactions that they have reviewed and are reasonably certain that the Person Being Verified is who they say they are. The steps to match a VOI transaction are:
|Step 1||Navigate to the Transactions Detail page for review all transaction details and then click the [Match] button located at the bottom of the page.|
|Step 2||Select the primary reason why you are reasonably certain that subject matches a known identity from the dropdown provided and click [Forced Match].|
Once a transaction has been forced matched, the Match and Unmatch buttons are shown in grey.
IMPORTANT! Once a record has been matched via the Management Portal, it cannot then be unmatched by a Portal User.
