Companies that use our technology will send you a link when they are ready for you to begin the verification of identity process (VOI).
Depending on the organisation you are dealing with, it may be a manual step they complete for the link to be sent out, or it may be sent automatically through their systems.
Once they do this you will receive a link by SMS or email. To do your VOI simply tap this link on your phone and follow the prompts.
There is no app to download, the whole process happens in your phone’s web browser.
