Improvements

ACT, VIC and WA Driver License card numbers will now be captured more accurately through a number of technical improvements, ensuring a greater success rate for Issuing Authority (DVS) checks.
- NSW Digital Drivers Licenses handling has been updated to give a better user experience if the subject attempts to scan multiple times
- If Birth Certificates and Citizenship Certificates are allowed in your configuration, the VOI subject will now be able to capture the back of the certificate as well as the front. In the portal you'll be able to see both sides of the certificate. This change lets portal users verify details printed on the back of the certificate.
- Subjects who try to use an unsupported device and need to transfer to a supported device will now see a safety warning about secure QR code scanning and guidance on what to do.

New features
- See a snapshot of what's going on at your venue with the new Venue Dashboard in the management portal. The Dashboard shows key statistics on patron numbers, demographics, rejections, bans and bans waiting for approval. This information is designed to help you make operational decisions on the go and see trends over time. Future releases will make the dashboard even more powerful by letting you filter the data in a variety of ways and provide automatic real-time updates.
- Filtering the Patron and Ban lists in the portal just got easier with new filter "chips" displaying at the top of the list. Set the filter in the filter panel, see the which filter is set while you browse the list, and then clear the filter with one click.
Improvements
- We've changed the rules about how expiry dates on IDs are checked to help speed up the decision making process. Patrons who are 25 years or older and have an expired ID will pass, and those under 25 years old with an expired ID will not pass. In addition, we'll do the expiry check on a partial scan as long as the year field is completed.
- Date of Birth and Date of Expiry validation has been improved to prevent future dates from being captured.
Fixes

- Validation prompts not displaying in date of birth and expiry fields when the scan data is edited.
