When a bst unit is unresponsive and a simple powercycle doesnt work, power flush is the next step up
Step 1. Turn off the scanning terminal using the power button.
Step 2. Unplug the power cable.
Step 3. Press the power button a few times to flush out any remaining power.
Step 4. Plug the cable back in and turn the scanning terminal back on.
Step 5. Once powered on and logged into, test a scan and confirm with the venue its working, including testing "trigger manual scan"
