How do I export individual VOI results?

Downloadable VOI reports from Scantek's Management Portal are available for specified account types

Scantek provides several downloadable VOI report options based on your organisation's needs - including text extract reports and PDF reports. Downloadable VOI Reports can be provided for other configurations on request - please contact our Sales team.

To protect the identities of the people we verify, Scantek does not offer a bulk download option via our Management Portal. We can provide a number of secure alternatives based on the needs of your organisation - please contact us for further information. 

Text extract reports 

Text extract reports are included within Scantek's default SME configuration. Once the VOI process has been completed by the Person Being Verified, a text extract of the VOI results can be downloaded by: 

  1. Navigating to the Transaction Details page for the relevant record 
  2. Clicking on the [Export] button at the bottom of the page in the Actions Panel 
  3. Clicking [OK] to confirm are about to expose personally identifiable information in an unsecure format

The report will then download based on the settings applied in your browser. Please check that you do not have any pop-ups or other ad-blockers installed that could prevent you from downloading the report. 

PDF Reports 

PDF reports are included within Scantek's default property transfer configuration and other account types upon request. To download a PDF Export: 

  1. Navigate to the Transaction Details page for the relevant record 
  2. Click on the [Export] button at the bottom of the page in the Actions Panel 
  3. Click [OK] to confirm are you about to expose personally identifiable information in an unsecure format

Troubleshooting

Not seeing the Export button?

You can only export a PDF report of an individual transaction once you have completed the Confirm Review step.  This is required for all transactions, including those that have been successfully verified by the system.

You've clicked the Export button but can't see the PDF

It takes a few seconds for the PDF to be prepared before it is displayed in a new browser tab. If the PDF export does not display, then check if your browser is blocking popups.  Your browser should display a warning notification if this is happening and allow you to change the settings.

You want to print or save the PDF report

Once the PDF is displayed in your browser, the options to print or save are available from the browser itself.  In Chrome it looks like this:
