How do I capture an identity document manually?

The Scan ID option is only available for eligible accounts, including Scantek's SME configuration. If your organisation would like to complete in-person verifications, please contact our Sales team.

To complete the verification of identity process without a physical ID document  - please complete the following steps: 

Step 1  Navigate to the Transaction List page and click the Manual Entry button* 
Step 2

Enter ID Details  - changing the ID Document Type will change the fields requested to be completed. 

Step 3

Confirm that you have received Informed Consent for the Person Being Verified and then click [Submit].
